FLUXone Syn
Plant for the production of synthesis gas
Sustainable synthesis gas (gas composition: CO, CO₂, CH₄, N) from residual materials as a substitute for natural gas

The FLUXone Syn plant enables the targeted conversion of organic residues into synthesis gas using our patented process:
Synthesis gas is first generated through a thermochemical conversion process - offering a CO₂-neutral alternative to natural gas.
The system is based on components from the FLUXone carbon system and is supplemented by a gasifier. It is suitable for replacing natural gas, as an energy source for temperature applications in industrial processes or decentralized power generation.
With FLUXone Syn, synthesis gas becomes a clean energy source - flexible and close to the site.

Optimally integrated:
FLUXone Syn can be flexibly integrated into industrial or municipal energy systems - as a building block for decentralized supply and sector coupling.
The system diagram illustrates how synthesis gas can be integrated into CHP processes, industrial plants or as a raw material base - including the use of by-products such as residual heat or CO₂ capture.
This makes FLUXone Syn a technological bridge between the use of residual materials and renewable energy supply.

Our energy has a future.
