Sustainable energy generation from organic residues

blueFLUX generates the form of energy that your project needs.

Whether hydrochar, synthesis gas or green/sustainable hydrogen – the FLUXone system from blueFLUX generates energy from organic residues and makes it available directly on site.

What makes it special: Our technology is not limited to one energy source, but offers a modular solution for different applications – from CO₂-neutral gases for industrial processes, sustainable mobility and process heat.

Forms of energy that can be generated with FLUXone

Depending on the process module and application, our technology produces various usable energy sources:

  • HTC coal – as a solid energy source, for heat generation or soil improvement

  • Synthesis gas – for combustion, combined heat and power generation or as a primary energy source

  • Green hydrogen – as an energy source for mobility, industry or feed-in

  • Waste heat – for use in heating systems, district heating or drying processes

Advantages at a glance

  • Own energy generation close to the site
  • Reduction of external energy dependency
  • Wide range of possible uses for the energy sources produced
  • Economic use of residual and waste materials
  • Contribution to decarbonization and CO₂ reduction

How does it work?

The basis is our unique blueFLUX process, which converts biogenic/organic residues into gaseous or solid energy sources in several steps. All the energy remains in the cycle: Waste heat is recycled, by-products are utilized.

Energy solutions for industry, municipalities & agriculture

Whether as fuel for vehicles, for supplying production processes or for feeding into existing grids: FLUXone enables energy generation that is geared to the needs of your industry.
